What Llafazani does
Reads books, PDFs, photos and articles
Open TXT, EPUB, DOCX and PDF files, even scanned pages or a photo of a text, or paste the link of an article: Llafazani keeps only its text.
Reads Albanian properly
Numbers, dates, currencies, units, abbreviations (OKB-ja, ShBA…) and web addresses are read the way an Albanian speaker says them. Two voices: Agon and Dardan.
Starts at once
Reading begins immediately and the rest of the audio is generated while you listen, even for a whole book. Speed up to 3×, adjustable pauses, sleep timer.
Your texts stay with you
The voice is generated on your device, in the browser or on Windows. Nothing is uploaded; there is no account and no tracking.

How it works
- Open llafazani.com/lexo in a recent Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, or install the Windows program.
- The first time, the voice model (about 312 MB) is downloaded and kept in the browser; you can cancel at any moment. Afterwards Llafazani opens in a few seconds, with or without internet.
- Paste a text or open a file, press play, and save the audio if you want to keep it.

Is Llafazani really free?
Yes. No account, no payment, no character limit: read and save as much audio as you like, commercial use included. The only cost is the voice model (about 312 MB), downloaded once.
Does it work offline?
Yes. After the first download of the model, Llafazani opens and reads without an internet connection, in the browser (you can install it as an app) and on Windows.
Where do my texts go?
Nowhere. The voice is generated on your own device; your texts, books and PDFs are never sent to a server. Only the link of an article passes through llafazani.com, to fetch its text.
Which languages and devices?
Llafazani reads Albanian (its interface is in Albanian too). In the browser: Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on Windows, Mac, Linux and Android; iPhone and iPad are coming. As a program: Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit).
Can I make Albanian audiobooks with it?
Yes. Open a book (EPUB, DOCX or PDF): Llafazani finds the chapters, reads them one after the other and saves an MP3 per chapter.
